Ajay Virmani is a successful entrepreneur based in Pondicherry for the last 35 years. His principal activity was providing warehousing and logistics support to companies such as ITC Ltd, Samsung, Whirlpool etc., spread over all the five states of south India – Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. He recently sold the said Company to Pro-Connect Logistics, a 100% subsidiary of Reddington, India.
Additionally, he has interests in verticals such as leather, pet comfort products and owns a 15-room mini boutique hotel at Pondicherry.
Sandip Ganguli resides in the erstwhile French locality of Pondicherry where he settled around 5 years back. He has been a part of the Hospitality and Real Estate vertical for more than 40 years. As a senior Hotelier, he has enjoyed successful stints starting with ITC HOTELS, The LEELA Group, HYATT (India Ownership) and was instrumental in introducing FOUR SEASONS to India, first at Worli Mumbai and then at Goa, heading the asset ownership of the erstwhile Golf & Villas project.
As part of the Real Estate vertical, he has been on the board of a joint venture Company with Keppel Land, Singapore for a 02 million square feet residential luxury development at Newtown, Kolkata.
During the past 3 years, the promoters have jointly developed 8-apartments luxury residences in the Heritage Town of Pondicherry and are in the process of constructing a second similar project in the White Town of Pondicherry.
